Smoked Clam Bake
- Clean seafood with cold water,
- Season shrimp and lobster with salt and oil,
- Place on grill with indirect heat and smoke from wood chips.
- Cook Clams, Mussels, Oysters until they open up.
- Once the seafood is cooked, toss gently with chosen sauce, (Except Oysters).
- Topped with Pineapple Salsa.
- Garnish with sea salt and micro greens
