30 Day Return Policy
We want your experience at The Outdoor Appliance Store to be fantastic and to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied and wish to return your purchase, please read the following important Return Agreement. When you receive our shipment and you notice that the packaging is damaged, immediately open the packaging and inspect the product inside. If the product is not damaged and you are satisfied with its condition, you can sign the carrier’s Bill of Lading accepting the delivery.
If your purchase is damaged, note on the Bill of Lading the damage and also if possible take pictures of the damaged packaging. Please contact the shipping company and ask for additional instructions on how to return the delivery. If for some reason they do not take care of things, please contact us so we make the necessary arrangement in replacing the original order. We want to deal with companies who take care of our customers.
Your product is covered with a full factory warranty. The warranty will arrive with your product. Please register your warranty with the manufacturer. If for any reason your product fails during the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer at the number listed on your warranty. If for some reason the manufacturer does not fully satisfy your requests, please let us know. We are a good and honest company and if a manufacturer does not take care of our customers we may at our option decide to stop carrying their products.
If you purchase a product and you are not happy with it, you can send it back. We want to make sure you understand that you will be responsible for the shipping costs so please take the time to look careful at the pictures and product information on our web site.
How can I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, please call us immediately at (844) 305-0125. We will do everything possible to stop the ordering process and confirm with you if any charges will take effect.
If you trying to cancel your order outside of business hours, please send an email to Support@theoutdoorappliancestore.com and we will reach out within 24 hours.
When buying from us you are acknowledging the following Return Agreement:
- I understand that I am responsible for not only the return shipping cost but also the original shipping cost to me. Although, I may have not been charged for the original shipping cost, I understand the cost will be disclosed and is refundable upon this return.
- I understand that the products need to be returned unused, in the original packaging. If the original packing is not available, I understand that an additional charge may be incurred.
