This high-performance PGS Legacy Pacifica Gourmet 39-Inch Gas Grill has a generous 720 square inches of main cooking area and features a high-quality 304 stainless steel exterior, three high output stainless steel 25,000 BTU heavy-duty Enterprise burners that push 75,000 BTUs of total cooking power on the grilling surface, unique cross-lighting for fast and safe ignition. The Pacifica Gourmet Series comes with a 14,000 BTU ceramic infrared rear burner, a heavy-duty rotisserie motor, spit rod, and counterbalance capable of supporting up to 15 lbs. Only PGS offers a uniquely positioned commercial grade heat indicator that is mounted on the right side of the grill next to the cooking grids to give you an accurate indication of the heat at the actual cooking surface. The control panel is angled for easy reading of the control knobs. The control knobs have heat-resistant phenolic inserts for added safety. PGS Pacifica grills have unique Moon Rok all ceramic briquettes which give you a robust flavor, control unwanted flare-ups, and provide even cooking results.
