The Napoleon Prestige PRO 825 Built-in Gas Grill with Infrared Bottom and Rear Burner, model BIPRO825RBISS-3, is a versatile and powerful gas grill that combines infrared grilling technology with the Napoleon stainless steel cooking system. This grill features a twin head cooking system, providing you with exceptional grilling flexibility.
On one side, you’ll find four stainless steel tube burners, delivering a total of 48,000 BTUs of cooking power. These burners offer consistent and high heat for a variety of grilling tasks. On the other side, there are two ceramic infrared burners, providing 24,000 BTUs. These infrared burners quickly reach high temperatures, making them perfect for achieving restaurant-quality sear marks on your steaks. Between the two infrared burners, there’s an 8,000 BTU stainless steel tube warming burner for added convenience.
The grill boasts stainless steel cooking grates with a generous 825 square inches of main cooking area, along with an additional 420 square inches on the stainless steel warming area, totaling 1245 square inches of cooking space. Igniting the burners is easy and reliable thanks to the flame thrower ignition system. The stainless steel wave cooking grids create those iconic Napoleon sear lines, while the self-cleaning sear plates vaporize drippings, control flare-ups, and keep your food moist.
For slow cooking, the Prestige PRO 825 features an 18,000 BTU stainless steel rear infrared burner that comes with a rotisserie kit. It also includes an integrated wood chip smoker tray with a dedicated 8,000 BTU burner, adding delightful smoke flavor to your dishes. The hood is equipped with an Accu-Probe temperature gauge, stainless steel end caps, and retains heat for oven-like performance.
Additionally, the LED Spectrum Night Light control knobs offer a wide range of color options, making nighttime grilling and entertaining a breeze. These knobs also glow red when a burner is in use, enhancing safety. Inside the grill, two interior lights illuminate the cooking surface. Cleaning up is straightforward with the full-width removable drip pan. It’s important to note that this Napoleon grill is manufactured in Canada.
When setting up the gas hook-up, it’s essential to follow safety guidelines. Avoid using a hose to connect to the unit; instead, use rigid pipe, copper tube, or an approved flexible metal connector that complies with Z21.4 / CSA 6.10 standards. Also, it’s crucial not to place the cylinder tank directly under the grill head or near the appliance to ensure safe operation.
