DCS, Infrared Sear Burner Kit – BGC-IR
The Hybrid Infrared Burner can be used in addition to the intense searing heat of the gas grill. This means an even faster response to heating time and an even more precise turn down control creating a more Perfect Sear. It is an accessory to the traditional grills. Take your grilling to the next level with a sear burner kit from DCS. It includes a stainless steel flame taming mesh screen which covers one of the DCS burners. The searing heat provided by the burner will allow you to achieve a more perfect sear on steaks and chops. Simply remove your grids, and place this mesh screen right over the burner. It also comes with a stainless steel rod cooking grate to place over the mesh screen.
- This infrared kit is only compatible with DCS 36 and 48-inch grills. Not for use with DCS 30-inch grills.
