Really Good Grilled Hangar Steak

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds hangar steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, black pepper, paprika, and salt to create the marinade.
  2. Place the hangar steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it’s coated evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
  3. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and let it come to room temperature for about 20-30 minutes.
  5. Grill the hangar steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust based on your preferred level of doneness.
  6. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  7. Serve and enjoy this flavorful grilled hangar steak!
